Federal law mandates that we must make our clients aware of a law protecting their privacy.  Our firm respects and maintains the confidentiality of our client.  In compliance with the law, we are informing you and your employees that we collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you in your accounting database or other accounting records and information about your transactions with us and others.
• Information we receive from you on tax organizer worksheets and other documents we use in preparing your tax returns and other forms.
• Information you provide during personal interviews and telephone conversations.

We do not use or disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except when instructed to do so by our clients with a signed consent form, or as necessary for electronically filing your tax return.

Access to nonpublic personal information is restricted to those professionals necessary in our firm for providing accounting and tax services to our clients.  We maintain physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
